The second place "Stackable Structure" Division I team members are elementary students Alaina Sholtes, Kaitie Reynolds, Kate Scanlon, Morgan Phalen, Cami Robinson-Parisi and Kelson McBride, who were awarded a lottery slot and will also be competing at the state competition.

At the March 1 competition, a second team from Schoharie High School took fifth place with a separate problem called “Not-So-Haunted House.” The team had the highest spontaneous score for their division and problem.
